Work around one or more components of performance.
My services for sportspeople or teams fall into three categories
1- Work with a sportsperson individually to optimize one or more performance components (mental, physical, coaching, etc.). Example tennis player, golfer, footballer who would like individual support to improve the mental part of his game.
2 - Work with a player who already has a Coach (or who trains with one of his parents) for teamwork around the player but also with the one or those who accompany him in his project.
3- Work with a sports team, Football, Handball, Rugby .... for an individualized follow-up of the players / his or her team of coaches.

Training a high-level sportsman or team requires multiple skills, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to acquire them all.
There are therefore two possibilities to be effective as a coach in a high-level project:
1- Surround yourself with competent professionals to work together around the project, which requires, on the one hand, significant financial means, and on the other hand, skills in team coaching, because when working in team coach must also become Coach
2- Train to acquire the missing skills that cannot be assumed by someone else due to lack of financial means or simply by the desire to work alone.
